While you are with us, we don’t just give you a tour. We give you an experience like no other.

Are you interested in booking a tour?

Whether you are looking for a private tour or a bus tour, we can provide you with a licensed tour guide, a commercially licensed vehicle, preferred parking access to Niagara Falls, a line by-pass, a helicopter ride, attraction add-ons, and door-to-door service.

Is there assigned seating on the bus?

Each tour has an optional upgrade to the first two rows of the bus. The rest are on a first come first serve.

Where does the bus depart from?

55 York St, Toronto.

Where will the bus drop me off?

55 York St, Toronto.

What If I don’t see the bus?

Please be at the pick up point for 8:15am, there may be delays in arrival. Please note this is a public address not a bus station.

What if I need to cancel?

Please email us at least 24 hours prior.

Do you take tips?

Gratuity is not included and can be given directly to your guide.

Does this tour go to the USA?

No, we do not.

Do we stop at a winery?

At this time, our group tours do not go to the wineries.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?

Unfortunately, with traffic and road closures, we ask our guests to meet us at 55 York St, Toronto.

Do I get the boat ride?

If you have purchased the cruise, your guide will have your ticket. Please note the boat operates from May to October. We do not control the boat operation and may need to be substituted with another attraction if not in operation.

Can I go to the USA on my free time?

With limited time, we do not recommend this.

Do kids get a seat?

If you wish to have a child 0-3 on a seat, you must purchase a ticket.

The booking shows no availability?

This means that specific date is sold out, please try another date.
